Angels

See that you do not despise one of these little ones,
for I say to you that their angels in heaven
always look upon the face of my heavenly Father.  Mathew 18:10. 

The little ones referenced in this scripture passage refers to each one of us as a child of God.  Each person has a guardian Angel that God has designated to you.  I encourage you each day to pray to your guardian Angel who inturn is always looking to God and praying for you.  Your guardian Angel always has your best interest in mind and will always pray for you to do the will of our Father.   Contemplating this passage and listening to the part of the Devine Praises where the priest says "Blessed be God in his Angels and in his Saints" brings the hope of all the prayers answered through this wonderful prayer and our devotion to the Blessed Sacrament. 

Angel of God my guardian dear
to whom God's love commits me here 
ever this day be at my side 
to love and to guard to rule and guide

My witness

Lets open with a prayer. In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit Amen. Lord Jesus, I believe in your presence in my life, family and those here today. I believe that you ask nothing of me that you do not give me the strength to do. I trust in the power of your grace and the care of your love. Joy

I have told you this so that my joy might be in you and your joy might be complete.  John 15:11  Your joy was complete...  May 19, 2021 5:55 pm.  I put no greater significance on this day.  Today is no different than every other day that I miss you.  You did not die to be forgotten and never spoken of again, you were born into eternal life to go rejoicing until we meet again.   You are changing hearts...  strengthening them in the power of the love of Jesus.  O God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time. Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace. Taking, as He did, the sinful world as it is, not as I would have it. Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with Him forever.  AMEN ...
